In accordance with the provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable U.S. data privacy laws, the following legal notices are brought to the attention of users and visitors (hereinafter “User”) of the Qontroler™ website (hereinafter the “Site”).
By accessing and browsing the Site, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following legal notices.

The Qontroler™ site is hosted by Shopify Inc, with its headquarters located at 126 York Street, K1N Ottawa, Canada.

The Site is accessible from anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions, or necessary maintenance.
In the event of modification, interruption, or suspension of the Site, the Publisher cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE 4 - DATA COLLECTION
In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable U.S. data privacy laws, the user is informed that the Publisher collects and processes personal data when accessing the Site.
The collected data is primarily used to enable the provision, optimization, and security of the Platform to provide users with the best possible service. Additional data may be collected by the Publisher to ensure the proper execution of commercial contracts concluded through the Platform with the User.
